Methodology
Gallagher & Gallagher assists in the development of corporate and branding themes to support the strategic goals of our clients. The first step in this process is to conduct a SWOT(Strength Weaknesses Opportunities and Challenges) analysis. The corporate theme is successful when it builds on the strengths of our client. An internal and external audit of stakeholders is conducted and then analyzed to identify the strengths and weakness of the client.
