Challenge
General Service Administrationís Public Building Services (PBS) is the premiere builder, developer, owner, and manager of federally owned and leased properties. They were looking for a way to reach their national customer base with ongoing information on services.
Solution
Gallagher & Gallagher helped PBS develop an external newsletter to reach all current customers. The quarterly newsletter, called Focus, reinforces PBSís position as a leader in real estate development and gives them a lasting forum with which to communicate to their customers. Gallagher & Gallagher continues to work closely with PBS providing strategic and creative marketing services.
